Warner Business Coaching and Mentoring for Executive Leadership – London UK and Los Angeles, California
THE COACHING ENGAGEMENT PROCESS
Like any well-respected coaching firm, we utilise a thoroughly researched and proven coaching model to ensure that we add tangible value for every client executive.
The process we utilise operates broadly as follows:
- At our first cost-free consultation session (which may last for up to 2 hours), we work with the client manager to determine where the greatest value is likely to lie in a coaching relationship, including the business issues which seem to present the greatest challenge in the short to medium term.
- We seek to well-understand the key people in the client manager’s organisational life who he or she (and we) work with regularly. This would include people such as Board members, a CEO, peer colleagues, key subordinates and other significant stake-holders in forward success.
- In agreement with the client manager, we then look to apply any tools that may help the foundational reflection and evaluation processes. This may include self or team assessments, culture surveys, 360° feedback tools or other models and relevant frameworks, which can offer new or different insights or perspectives.
- We work with the client manager to determine the best-possible forward path, using the proprietary WRC “RESULTS” model to guide the effort.
- We work with and alongside the client manager in an agreed fashion. This may include regular face-to-face meetings, regularised telephone and e-mail contact or as an “extended arm” resource, according to specific needs or particular goals.
- Last but not least, we provide tangible input, ideas and options as often as necessary, to help the client manager to achieve positive results over whatever time frame he or she specifies.

In all of the above steps we always perform our work quickly, professionally and in complete confidence, allowing the client to achieve as many individual and organisational “wins” as possible, with WRC being supportive in the background.
