
We have a number of ways in which executive coaching assignments can be costed (by the hour or day, by the month or over a more extensive call-off period). This will always depend upon circumstances and what an executive is specifically looking to achieve in the time frame. This starts with a FREE consultation to discover understand your particular challenges and to work out how we might successfully work together.
The free consultation can be conducted over the telephone in some cases but is usually carried out on a face-to-face basis, where our aim is to learn about the issues that matter to a client manager the most and to discuss how we could best collaborate.
Depending upon the circumstances we work out what the most appropriate follow up steps should be after the first meeting, including regular meetings, telephone contact and e-mail exchanges. This then helps to set up a costing structure that either allows to our expenses to be paid by the session or more frequently on a fixed price basis each month or quarter so as to give cost certainty to a client manager.
The other key aspect about how we structure our costs at WRC is that we always seek to present the potential investment and the likely return. In other words, we see it to be important to offer a tangible ROI from our efforts on your behalf. In doing this we have been able to show returns in the range of 150%-500% on the investment made with us, with 200%-300% being the average.
